You will most likely be receiving a survey about the care I provided to you in the emergency department. I know we all get so many surveys, and we are ‘fed up’ with them. But I ask you to please fill out and return this one. I have set a personal goal to have the best survey scores out in the emergency department and I need your help to achieve this. If you don’t fill it out, I wont be able to to succeed. You can also leave a google review.
Please make sure that if your condition does not completely resolve you will need to follow up with either a primary care physician or specialist for more definitive diagnostic tests and care. It is impossible for us to get to the bottom of every diagnosis in the emergency department. A lot of times all we can do is stabilize and treat a condition, rule out the life threatening conditions related to that, and then have you follow up for more definitive care.
